Refund policy
- We will approve return and refund requests only if the item has a defect before the customer uses the products or the products don’t fit properly.
- Please check the products of your order when you receive them and reject the package if the products have been damaged. Inform us immediately when you experience this situation.
- We provide a refund if the products don’t fit properly, please inform us within 3 days after you receive the products and describe the detailed problem and send us the pictures and videos for confirmation by e-mail to sales2@motofun.com.tw and provide the order no.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you find a problem with our products. Our customer service will assist you to solve the problem.
